Our new no show policy

This policy is effective as of September 28 for all spa service reservations. This policy does not yet apply to salon services and will be updated shortly.

Out of respect and loyalty to our commissioned staff, we have revised our no-show policy to make room for another client.

     Reservation of a spa service

From now on, a credit card will be required to reserve a time slot for one of our services, either online* or by phone. The card will simply be put on file to ensure the chosen time slot and will be used in case of no show (see below Policy on cancellation or postponement of services). It will be possible to pay for the service received in the desired manner (no obligation to use the card on file).

* Online reservations for spa appointments are temporarily unavailable.

Your credit card is required for a reservation on our new platform Square*.
Square is characterize by its ease of use and its security with the PCI standard (which is established by the five major card networks).

*Square is an international company recognized worldwide for its digital services and its security of banking data.

     Service cancellation or postponement policy


In order to avoid full billing (100% of the price) of the service(s) booked, please make a cancellation or change of time or day at least 48 hours before the appointment time. For an appointment on Wednesday, please notify us by Sunday at the latest to respect the policy as the spa is closed on Monday.

     Method of payment


Payment for cancellations, changes within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged automatically by credit card (see above Reservation for a spa service).
