Out of respect and loyalty to our commissioned-based staff, we have revised our booking policy to encourage our guests to let us know ahead of time if their plans change.
How it works
A credit card is now required to book a time slot for our services, either online or by phone. The card will simply be put on file to guarantee the chosen time slot and will only be used in certain cases (see below: Policy on Cancellation or Rescheduling of Services). If the service is rendered, however, any method of payment may be used. (no obligation to use the card on file).
Our new online scheduling platform : Square*.
We get it, your plans might change, and that's ok. We simply ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the day and time of your appointment. You may otherwise be charged a "no show", "cancellation" or "rescheduling" fee of half or up to the full amount of the service, which will be charged on the card.
Method of payment
Payments are accepted via Interac, CreditCard and Cash for all services rendered.
