Our booking policy

We get it.  Your plans might change, and that's ok!

However, out of respect and loyalty to our commissioned-based staff, we have revised our booking policy to encourage our guests to let us know ahead of time if their plans change.

The procedure...

Whether you are booking via telephone or online using our new scheduling platform: Square* which is characterized by its ease of use and its reliable security in line with the PCI standard (established by the five major card networks), you will be asked for your credit card information in order to book a time slot for our services.

The card will be put on file to guarantee the chosen time slot and will only be used in certain cases.

Once on site, there is no obligation to use the card on file to complete the purchase. Any method of payment (see below) may be used.

The Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy

In order to avoid any fees, we simply ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You may otherwise be required to pay a "no show", "cancellation" or "rescheduling" fee of half or up to the full amount of the service, which will be charged on the card.
For appointments on Tuesdays, please advise us no later than Sunday since we are closed on Mondays.
